Krista Virost

Senior Director of Network Development

Krista recently joined Contigo Health as the Senior Director of Network Development at Contigo Health. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience primarily in managed care contracting encompassing all provider and payor types. Prior to joining the Contigo Health team, she was the AVP, Managed Care for ProMedica Senior Care. She is passionate about transforming the healthcare industry through innovative business solutions. She received a B.S. in healthcare administration from Bowling Green State University.

Matt Malin

Senior Director of Network Operations

As Senior Director of Network Operations, Matt utilizes his expertise in physician relations, provider and hospital contacting, and data analysis to lead the Contigo Health Network Operations team. He is a solutions-oriented senior executive with over 20 years of success growing and expanding physician networks to maximize profitability within the healthcare industry. He is passionate about building relationships and gaining consensus among stakeholders to build and grow health plan networks. He has a B.S. in health services management from Robert Morris University and a Master’s in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Robin Bugni

Vice President of Network Product and Development

Robin is the Vice President of Network Product and Development at Contigo Health and has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As an executive product leader and innovator, she leads the network product team in the development of product strategy and roadmaps, new product development and execution, and ongoing product life cycle management. She is enthusiastic about building strong relationships, high-performing teams, and healthcare product innovation. She holds a B.S. in accounting from Penn State University.

Britt Hayes

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Britt leads Contigo Health’s sales, business development, and client services areas. Previously with Health Design Plus (“HDP”), he contributed to Health Design Plus’ significant expansion of its client and member portfolio across all product lines while maintaining phenomenal client retention results. Prior to Health Design Plus, he held various senior roles with national payors and consulting firms; in total, he has over 27 years of experience in healthcare sales and account management roles. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Charleston in Communications.

Jennifer Lescsak

Senior Director of Sales, Repricing, and Networks

Jen is a Senior Director of Sales, Repricing, and Networks at Contigo Health. Well connected in the healthcare industry, she has over 28 years of experience in healthcare, a unique multifaceted skill set, and a proven history of driving success in TPA, PPO, and SAAS/BPAAS organizations such as Superien Health Network, Health Design Plus TPA, Dell/Perot Systems, and NTT Data. With years of experience leading teams and key initiatives in sales, business development, operations, analytics, cost containment strategies, provider relations, and product development, she is laser-focused on developing Contigo Health’s strategic client relationships, providing value-add services, and improving healthcare quality and cost.

Craig Krumbhaar

Vice President of Network Technology

As Vice President of Network Technology, Craig leads Contigo Health’s network technology and capability initiatives to enhance our network business, customer experience, and product solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in healthcare software solutions, health insurance, and technology development. He has a B.A degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in economics and healthcare business.
